When this skill is used, the Cultist flails about in a wild cavorting 
dance of ecstasy in worship of the sleeping Old Ones.  The longer he 
dances and the higher his standing, the more in thrall to his secret 
ecstasy he becomes and the greater is the response from the slumbering 
Old Ones.
