As in life, drinking alcohol makes the world
a better place.  On Tsunami, drinking
alcohol has several effects.
One: Instant heal of a certain value.
Two: Increased rate of healing over time
Three: A certain level of immunity from intimidation
Four: At severe levels of intoxication, slight impairment of skills
