Syntax       :   cast timestop action # action # action
             :   cast timestop repeat action

The timestop spell allows a chronomancer to stop his progress through time
for a moment, and complete multiple actions during an instant.  If a
chronomancer moves during this period, he seems to teleport; this may be
used to evade hunting attacks, though creatures will start to fight after
the timestop ends.  It is not possible to actually harm anyone while 
timestopped, though the last action in a command chain may be an attack if
desired; the attack goes off as the timestop ends.
