VORTEX (War Vortex)
-------------------------------------------------------------
The Vortex is used to transport any player instantly to another
player. During war usual vortex restrictions and cost to use
it are lifted. When you step through the vortex another vortex
is created in the room that you transport too. This vortex
can be used to return to the main vortex. Note that while there
is no cost to go to a player, there is a cost for returning to
the vortex via the one created in the room.
The Vortex in a MUD war can be found 2e, 5s, 2e, 6s, 3e, 2n, from
CoT.
The Vortex in a FIELD war travels around randomly.
The Vortexs in a MAP war are scattered about and must be found
by exploration
