Actions -> items: Just to note, items may be passed to actions as targets. This has always been the case, but support within STD_TREASURE was poor. This is part of a large project to make items more reliable for messaging purposes and (should) be followed in short order by the addition of the ability for items to perform actions themselves, a clarification of QC guidelines involving item name/shorts to ensure reliable messaging is possible when guidelines are followed, and a quality-control pass of existing items in a herculean effort to make sure they are indeed reliable enough.
