help > formation Formation Formation allows you to assume an organized position within a party's ranks in order to do battle with your foes. You may have three ranks (aka rows, lines) of combatants per party, with a maximum of two players per rank. There must be at least one person in each lower rank in order to assume a position. For example, you must have someone in the 1st rank before someone can occupy the second rank. Members of the party not in a ranked position are assumed to be attacking in an uncoordinated, yet allied fashion. Syntax: formation report shows the party's current battle formation formation first you assume a position in the first rank formation second ditto second formation third To have a third rank you must have 5 members in the party, and at least one player in the first and second ranks.
