Spell : Fetter Class : Demon Cost : 20 Casting Time : 1 round Syntax : cast fetter [target] The fetter spell binds its target in mystical chains, holding them in position even against magical effects. While fettered, the victim cannot move, and skills and spellcasting are somewhat restricted; however, the fetters will also provide some protection to their victim, and attacking the fettered person will damage and eventually destroy the chains.
