The Sylph can summon a tornado from a storm that she controls. Once summoned, the tornado wreaks havoc on everything in its path until it dissipates.
If you pray tornado while you already have one, the existing tornado is strengthened.
The mere attempt to summon a tornado is stressful, and so even failure results in the Sylph losing full spell points for the attempt.
