    Column Width

Just posting this here in advance of some changes coming down the pipe. It's 2022, and no one seriously MUD's using raw telnet anymore. Yeah, it's a tragedy but facts are facts. As such, I personally use 180 columns using the setenv columns command. This is a bit excessive but I have a high resolution monitor that does support. I recommend going forward that you start using at least 130 for your default column width and a black background and white text. This is the basis that I will be redesigning a lot of areas on and you will 100% see/not see certain things unless you are using those basic settings. I am not trying to tell you this is the new standard, because it isnt, but if you dont want to have to adjust your settings area to area to accommodate for the things that I am working on, these are the settings to go with.
