re: default decks
I propose a new tournament deck be created by someone that's
talented at playing the game. Make it a small deck, streamlined,
with powerful cards that tempt players to keep working to
get those cards themselves.
This deck should be available for tournaments like this but
otherwise not playable.
If someone wants to build that deck, I can help install it so
that it is visible during tournaments.
