Changes BoardAutomatic defaults and unique subclass colors Default colors now apply automatically wherever you have not set your own
colors. You do NOT need to run 'colour defaults' or save a color scheme to
get them. The defaults are looked up when text is displayed; they are NOT
added to your saved color settings.
Every subclass now has its own unique official color defined. These colors
are used automatically where subclass colors are displayed. Clients with
fewer available colors show the nearest supported shade.
Your choices still take precedence. Set any specific color manually to
override its default, for example:
colour tell BOLD+GREEN
colour necromancer RED
colour account tell BOLD+CYAN
Character settings take precedence over account settings for the same
color. Explicit category colors also take precedence over automatic
defaults. Remove an override with 'colour <type>' (or 'colour account
<type>') to inherit colors again.
To disable the automatic default-color setup entirely:
setenv no_default_colors 1
This setting is account-wide. It stops automatic defaults from being used,
while keeping any colors you explicitly configured. To enable automatic
defaults again:
setenv no_default_colors 0
If you were already logged in when this was introduced, fully quit and log
back in to pick up the updated player code.
