Fragments vs. charmies/followers
Long story short there was a scenario when a charmie/follower landed a
killing blow, player was supposed to be rewarded fragments for the kill,
but the charmie/follower was actually marked as a killer for purpose of
fragments calculations.
I *think* I fixed this, but since it might have further consequences, I am
explicitly posting this fix so you can keep and eye on exp/fragment
rewards on kill. Please bug anything unusual. Thanks.
