Light messages
There was a bugs idea to change the lighting feature so
that you only get notified of a situation with light if
it has a negative impact on you. After digging through the
code, realized that those messages can already be toggled
off with "setenv no_light_msg 1", so you no longer get
the "It's dark but you can still see." messages. If it's
so dark you can't see (or too bright) then those messages
will display as before.
