Vampire changes:
Thrikheen are being eliminated as a racial selection
from Vampire a warning is in place for now to notify you.
Wolf combat at adj*4/5 from adj
Wolf intimidate at adj*4/5 from adj.
Dracula clan will now have a possible 3 attacks a round from 2.
Strahd Bleed at +10 from start from 0.
Rhyser Mez at -60 from start from -50.
Rhyser Shapeshift at +10 from start from +20.
Dracula Attacking at +10 from start from +20.
Phobos Intim at +15 from start form +20.
Kronos Invul at +15 from start from +20.
Kronos Tough at +15 from start from +10.
Kronos Armour at +15 fromstart from +10.
Kronos Shapeshift at -20 from start from 0.
Dracula Weapon damage reduced from *3/2 to *5/4.
Rhyser Weapon damage reduced to *4/5 from 5/5.
Wolf and Mist form can no longer drain.

These are phase 1 changes, phase 2 will encompass more class
changes as a whole, as well as phobos changes in particular.
