The Global Changes were not executed on a whim.
Myself, Sauron, Aristotle, Brand, Charon were
all logged in at the time and all contributed to the
discussion centered around the spiraling
effect of combat and skills.
We executed the changes and shut the MUD down to
reinitialize with the new settings, while
it may take getting used to, this is a UNVIVERSAL change,
some classes undoubtably benefitted more in
relationshiop to others, and this will be looked at, but
we need to keep the game in check and
make it reasonable and fun for
everyone.
In short, this wasnt a wild-randomchange, it was done
by the majority of the administration staff and currently
enjoys our full support so don't shoot
the messenger.
