i considered a lot of potentially-good ideas for danpiru; unfortunately, i
had to discard some of the more interesting ones b/c of balance (and
ease-of-coding) issues.

some danpiru specifics:
- the healing penalty will generally only affect some mudheals and
healing/life-type skills - things that wouldn't heal (or would hurt)
undead. warheals, qh, regen, corpses, etc.. work normally.
- a danpiru's 'drain' is much weaker than a vamp's.

as usual, keep in mind that this race code is considered to be in PT unil
i say otherwise, and might be changed (read: reduced) at a whim.

but then, this is tsunami, so you're used to that. ;)
