NPC juggernaughts had an error in their logic so they always rotated their
weakest weaponry upon the first hit. Now they should properly select the
weaponry their attacker is most vulnerable to! Trolls will love their
Naptha Throwers.
Meanwhile I adjusted formula for the power plant explosion when
juggernaught dies. This works for both player characters and NPCs. It
should now deal double the damage than before.
