Title : Middle Earth patch

Middle Earth areas have been touched up slightly. What
this entails is the following.

1. Equipment should now show bonuses when looking at them.
2. Some rooms would not be counted in explored data if you
entered them, now they do.
3. Actions + hints now in for these areas.

There is now a FOURTH bard in the Brandywine Inn that
shows areas in the Middle Earth region, with tasks to
complete.

This is also part of the Exploring Middle Earth quest,
where you can type quest list Exploring Middle Earth for
