Main changes:

1. Each step you take will be updated ; you can check where you are by
typing quest status murder in treylore

2. If you get stuck / lose quest items, you should now type quest reset
murder in treylore

3. Quest now relies on *character knowledge*, rather than *player
knowledge*.

4. Quest description for Murder in Treylore updated after the quest is
complete, to remind players how to get back quest equipment should they
lose it.

Eventually, most (non-trivial and difficult) quests should ollow this
style.
