These no longer exist. They are now subsets of the skill "style." This
will hopefully encourage use of more than just one of the skills since you
won't be "wasting" exp to raise the others. Functionally they haven't
changed at all as of now. All help files should be updated, and you should
automatically lose the old skills and get the new skills upon logging into
an older samurai.
