God Proteted players can no longer hold DreamWeapons in their inventory
per order of Amythin and her Wererats.


Starfall has had its proc timer increased, but also its damaged reduced.

Earthshaker has been increased 200%

Nightbringer has been increased by 50%
Soulsbane has been increased slightly.
Spear of Sorrow is still the same.
