I have changed the way regenerate works fairly significantly. It will now
be the same efficiency for everyone. It is also much better healing than
before. One downside of this is that it will not being active when you log

in.

Feedback on ratios and mud/war efficiency is welcome, just post it on the
feedback board and i'll check it out.
