I've made a few tweaks to see if we can make them a little more
exciting. I'm still tossing around a few other ideas. For the
moment:

- Enlistees now max at 10, rather than 4 (eeek!)

- Heroes can enlist slightly higher level helpers. The formula
for this is currently 16 + (my hero level - 1). Therefore
a +2 can enlist level 17s, +3 18 etc. Let's see how this one
pans out before locking it in...

- I've smoothed the formula for the total number of levels a
warlord can enlist. It's now simply (warlord level * 3). Up
to +6, this is actually slightly better than wha warlords had.
Afterward, it's a little bit worse, which is made up for by the
changes mentioned above.

So just to be clear: if you're level 25 (25 * 3 = 75), yes, you
can now enlist 7 level 10s and a level 5. Not sure it'll be
useful, but go nuts, test it out, see how it looks.
