Title : Stuff

Chian-Lung, Shen-Lung, Thug, Manticore, Mummy titles updated.

NightBringer has been altered. It now grants a much larger
weakness less often rather than small reductions over
time and always reducing str to 1(!).

Zurreal has been fixed and should be working again. I've also
tweaked him a bit since he was very difficult for some subclasses
to even hurt previously.

Silpion/Siplion no longer has 12000 sp. Little wonder killing
him took so long. See later re: ents. Don't expect him to just
play nice, basically.

Weakness has been made sane. It now caps, and it runs out overbr>a reasonable amount of time, with a decay rather than being a
flat 'i have no strength' for 15-20 minutes. It will never
last longer than 60 seconds.

Fixed Rana in Ardor so he'll stop trying to kill his mates.
Lyrin still will.

Increased ravening dmg.

Fixed npc ent logic so they will stop trying to do nothing all
the time. They're much more aggressive now in comparison and
so you might actually kill them eventually...

Rounded out changes to lich with some increased AC. As the hp/sp
are exactly the same for liches, the biggest difference at hero
is that they are harder to hurt (skeletons tend to be about as
good regardless).

Sands is now a moddable prayer. Given the time mummies take to
setup, I see no issue with them being able to call sands a bit
faster.

Feys can now consume.

Corrosion should end more quickly. As it was, a reduction of 1%
per round meant that you'd need 460 rounds (920 seconds) efore
it got to a zero value. Still takes 91 rounds.

Contagion has a capped length. High level ghouls could previously
leave you contagious for a very, very long time and given the
stat effect of this skill, that was fairly deleterious.

Flash and related skills and spells will wear off more quickly
and should disappear within 76 rounds and remain reasonably
effective for the first twelve or so. This one I could use
feedback on, so illusionists/ninjas, let me know how it looks.
If anyone's playing those!

Warcry boosted. Amazons really need something more on top of
that - if you have ideas, tell me.

Wail boosted.

Bludgeon increased a bit.

Monk npcs tweaked to be a bit more aggressive, less reticent!

Lastly, in response to consistent feedback, chaosmages will no
longer chaos in war. The class itself may be looked at in
more detail in the future so I make no guarantees about this
always being the case.
