Title : Thunderdome update

All,

We've put in an update with a number of changes/bugfixes to the
thunderdome. Some highlights are:

- The thunderdome has been moved from "CoT, u" to "CoT, 2e, n, u".

- We've added viewing stands to the northeast and northwest of the
entrance.

- Idling in the Thunderdome is now significantly more dangerous than it
was previously. Consider yourselves warned.

- Wandering NPCs should no longer be able to enter the arena. If you see
them do so, please bug/mudmail it.

- We've closed off several methods of leaving/sending items into the
'dome, and implemnted some logging to help catch any we may have missed.
If you find any, avoid abusing them and report immediately.

Thanks for all of the feedback, both positive, negative and neutral, which
helped shape these changes. Let me know via tell/mudmail how these changes
