Further to this, I've uncapped the standing bonus for killing
higher level npcs than yourself, mostly to ensure those heroes
that currently have not maxxed their npc standing still have
a chance to do so. It is also likely to reward single-hittrs
more than area attackers on a per-npc basis which is also
a reasonable outcome.
