Title : Top MUD Site Voting

Tsunami's popularity is partially based on how good the game is and
partially on how many people even know to try it. In the past we've
had good luck with the top mud site voting system, and I encourage
every to continue to use it. As such, after double checking the
rules of the different Top MUD site voting systems, I've modified
the environmental variable and vote reminder as follows:

1) If you have ever voted before, you are considered to have opted in by
the act of voting into the vote reminder.
2) If you wish to opt out of vote reminder simply set the account wide
en variable 'setenv no_vote_reminder 1'
3) Otherwise once every 10 minutes starting 12 hours from the last time
you have voted through http://www.thebigwave.net/ 's sidebar you will
be reminded to vote
4) Note, only votes done through the main page's sidebar are tracked for
the purposes of vote reminding. If you vote by visiting the sites
directly it will not be tracked.

This system is completely voluntary there's no benefits for doing it other
than increasing the player base and getting us more noticed. As always,
please provide any feedback to myself and vote early and vote often...
