OK,

Two new commands have been implemented for players:

'ignore'
Usage:
ignore - Displays all names on your ignore list
ignore name - Adds name to your ignore list

Notes:
You can add any name to your ignore list, whether
they're on or not. Eventhough you can add wizards'
names to your ignore list, it will have no effect
on blocking wizards.

All shouts, tells, says and channel messages from
that name will be hidden from you.

'noignore'
Usage:
noignore - Displays all names on your ignore list.
noignore nme - Removes name from your ignore list.

Notes:
This is self-explanitory, I hope.
