Not that this will pre-empt the inevitable flood of whining, but
it's important you are all aware that with the conversion over
to safes from lockers there have inevitably been some items missed
that really should probly be unique rather than safe/unsafe/rinse/
repeat items.

This will continue to be the case. For example, items that allow
people to charm any npc are probably on the high end of the 'wow,
that could surely be abused by some hero' list. So the staff
of mastery is no longer safeable. Be the first per boot to
find it, win a magical prize.

It has never been intended thatone class by itself can use every
skill/spell/prayer of every other class just by virtue of having
found some items that are, to be frank, just as powerful as
anything Kyldiss has spawned.
