Title : pk standing
Due to popular demand, I have restored the pk portion of the Jihad
Standing.
This will have the following effects:
1) Tithe and NPC portions have been returned to normal (10k) maximums.
2) Faction lost and gained froma pk is now based on the pk rank of the
other party.
3) Faction restored/gained from resurrection (in the case of a PK) is now
based on the pk rank of the target.
