OK guys, we have put back in the Scroll of Resurrection, but
there are constraints. Let me see if I can outline them all.

1: The scroll can only be bought, read, and used to resurrect
someone of the same faction. This means if a Karaveth player
dies he has to get ANY Karaveth player to buy a Kara res scroll
and use it on him.
2: The scrolls can be traded (though not saved) but can only be
used to res someone of the bought faction.
3: The scrolls cost 500,000 gold. yes, we know this is high but
we don't want to invalidate clerics.
4: Praying in a temple is theworst thing you can do from the
perspective of losing experience from a death. As you know, when
a cleric rezes you BOTH his standing with your god AND your standing
with your god reduces the experience penalty. We made this also
true with the resurrect scroll. However, it is not as good as
a quality cleric could do - but the READER of the scroll and
the dead player being ressed both effect the exp penalty based
on their faction standing.
6: The scrolls are bought in the tithing rooms of the faction.
That is the ONLY place you can buy them.
7: You still must permit someone to resurrect you with this
scroll.
8: The 500k gold you pay for the scroll *IS* entirely applied
to your tithing just as if you had tithed 500k gold. That is
useful.
9: Gods don't accept debit card so you need to have 500k gold on
you. Thieves, I suggest you learn to break into the temples
to steal from people :). We did this on purpose, so be careful
not to get yur gold stolen.

I think that is pretty much it.

Oh, Atheists have no scrolls. Sorry, use teh temple or pick
a faction.
