Illusionists,

I've completely re-written phantasm, which should have fixed some of
the weird low level behavior.

While I was there, I made minor/major changes to the way most of
the spell was being calculated. The overall idea was to maintain
the old damage levels, while fixing the odd way damage was being
calculated.

That being said, I've never played an Illusionist, so I don't know
whether my changes are in line with the intended play-style or
damage levels on the MUD or in wars. I am willing to tweak the numbers
around if an experienced illusionist can give m a better idea how the
class has played in the past.

I've also done an absolute minimum of testing, so there's a possibility
I left a few bugs in there. As usual, if anything screws up, bug it
to my attention or send me a mud mail.
