I changed around some of the PK starting messages (when you go
aggro against someone and when you are attacked) to be a bit
more in your face and really catch your attention. I also
want to remind people that they can colorize these with
the color 'pvp' (color account pvp BOLD+RED) or drop the 'account'
if you want it just on this char.

Also if you haven't seen it, with respect to colors, you probably
have short descriptions colored but you can also color
'exit' now and see some colors for the exits on the same line
as the short. It looks cool! Props to Sauron for tagging
support fr that feature.
color short RED
color exit BOLD+ORANGE
