I increase the elysia skill of aramitama by a little bit.
It reduces combat by a good bit more now than it did previously.
Note that , as always, you can perform it multiple times -
keeping a target stuck in the room with you while reducing
their combat progressively sounds pretty sick to me - especially
if you were teamed up with someone else in PK that could
really take advantage of that.
