Dear players,
I changed the cost of some war items you can buy in wars/twars in hope to
increase usefulness of some of those rarely used. Here is the list of
changes:
Globe costs 5 pps now (before 10pps)
Torch costs 5 pps now (before 10pps)
Vortex scroll costs 10 pps now (before 15pps)
Wings of Flight cost 2O (before 30)
Mantle of Magi costs 20 (before 30)
Lens of Perception cost 20 (before 30)
Boost of Speed cost 30 (before 15)

Helpfile was changed so it should reflect above mentioned.
