Title : quit vs. logout

I added a new command, 'logout', which does the EXACT same
thing as quit (literally calls the same code, makes the same
checks if you are allowed to logout, etc) but rather than
disconnecting you it returns you to the account login menu
(already logged in, of course).

This was some pretty scary code involving body exchanges and
other nasty securities so if any bugs come up please please
please 'bug' them - if you can still login or even are
reading this! :)
