We now login as accounts, forced. If you haven't set one up,
you're a slacker so do that and if you're reading this you
must have. :)

The password command is gone - your password is across all
characters and tied to your account and is set from the login
menu.

The mychars command has been neutered - it only lists your
characters now. You can no longer do things from it like
change email address, set main character, etc. Again, those
are functions of the account menu now.

Hope this isn't too inconvenient and you guys like it. LOTS of
hard work by me and some byPunk and hopefully this will allow
us to do some cool other stuff now that we have forced accounts.
