Title : couple of account changes

A couple of changes to the account system I wantd to
post.

First off, the character listing now is sorted by creation date.
This is more in line with other MMOs and what I like most about it
is that your character #s won't change over time. Imagine if
I sorted by exp and you created a new character (he'd be at the bottom
of the list) and then as you leveled him he would trickle
to the top.

The next thing is that you can log in characters with their
# (as it was) or also by just typing in their name at the
account prompy. So - '3' or 'foobar' to log in character
Fobar.

A lot of asthetic changes based on feedback from people
including reprinting of character list after you choose some
functions (delete, main char), and other pretty printing
I don't want to explain right now - it should just look
different. :)

Lots more I want to do.
