Title : PLEASE READ - RULES CHANGE

ATTENTION ALL PLAYERS.

The following is an announcement of the public safety bureau.

ANY and ALL offensive langauge used on ANY public channel will be a
banishable offense. All offenses are to be wizard confirmed, witnessed
and punished accordingly. Players, DO NOT send logs to wizards who are
not online. Logs can be altered and will not be used as evidence. Wizards
must be online and see the offense. If a lower level wizard is online,
banishment will come when an appropriate level wizard logs on.

THe following will be set in stone:

1st offense 1 day banshment of ALL characters.
2nd offense 1 week banishment of ALL characters.
3rd offense 1 month banishment of ALL characters.
4th offense 1 year banishment of ALL characters.

No warnings will be given, punishment will be handed out immediately
without hesitation. This includes, but is not limited to ALL BOARDS,
channels shout, say, arena, pk, chat, brett, class, hero, jihad, magewar,
newbie, poker, and war. Abusive tells will be dealt with in the same
manner as they are today.

Minor trash talking about how someone is bs, or someone will get pwnd in
the face is acceptable. Profanity, abusive language, offensive language
in any way will not be tolerated at all. This is COMPLETELY up to the
wizarding community and will be extremely arbitrary and subjective.
