Powerword has been redesigned

Behind the scenes the code has been modernized. While I was at it
Powerword is now an instant, area effect. It's a word...How long
can it take to speak it? :)

Cooldown now affect all words so be careful which one you choose.

PW:Stun is now a very short stun effect, not a -combat effect.

PW:Blind is the same as before, just AE effect.

PW:Fear acts more like roar now.

PW:Kill went through the biggest change. It now has a chance of
instantly killing whoever hear the word. The chance is very small
when someone has full health but against oppnents already near
death it will most certainly kill them right away.

And no, you can't use PW:Kill to defeat Trinius. ;)
