Title : Manticore Rewrite

I have majorly overhauled Manticores.
Firstly, it's all documented in the 'help manticore' and
related files linked from there. The basic idea is that
Manticores are going to grow into more Sphinx-like beasts
as they age and through divine intervention.
Now, for the list of changes as best I remember.

1: Manticore's base stats have changed. They lost some
Dexterity and gained Intelligence to compensate.
2: There was a bug with the Venom skill. It didn't go
off enough (at all really) so that's fixed. Please
remember that venom is resisted by resistance, and it is
NOT spider Toxin. It behaves very differently and you
spikes and claws might not apply it very often, the less that
happens the quicker it wears down. It's a small damage boost
but it *DOES* work. You might want it now that your base
damage has decreased due to losing combat based stats.
3: If you didn't know before, I moved most of the manticore
skills into level based. See 'help manticore' for when you
are rewarded the skills.
4: At level 15, the manticore now gains 'religion'. Note: this
requires you having selected a religion. If you go the path
of athiest, you have chosen the wrong path. :) Once you select
a religion, you'll start getting access to the prayers.
5: Manticores now are rewarded with (at this time) 6 prayers.
Some of the prayers are little trifles (like arctic warmth)
while others are game changers (like sandstorm and enigma).
Some are rewarded for doing specific quests, others for just<r> doing a lot of quests for a total quest point value.

The idea here is that as a manticore ages and gets in tune with
their dieties that those dieties encourage the manticore to solve
the puzzles of the realm (re: sphinx nature). As they do so, the
manticore is rewarded by those dieties with new prayers.

MAJOR WARNING / NOTE: When you select manticore (if you were not
already a manticore) your quests will be erased! Do *NOT*
reincarnate some major quest character into manticore in hopes
of getting these prayers off the bat. You are warned, I will
*NOT* be restoring your quest points if you do not heed this
warning.

You MUST reselect Manticore in your subclass room to get all of
these benefits. Some will come across on login, others require
a reselection. Do it!

I've coded these rewards so that you will gain them as soon as
you complete the quest (or get the correct quest point level) or
as you level up (for the skills tat require character level).
So this will be more natural and you will not have to relogin to
get these rewards.

I'm sure manticores are now way out of balance, but that's the fun
of it. Test it out, I'll rebalance as necessary. Good luck
questing and remember that sharing quest information on Tsunami
is against the rules. Feel free to tattle on people to me and
I'll hand out the pain. Also please submit bug reports on syntax
problems and the like with quests.

Remember - Manticores may not be for everyone now. They're
heavily quest based and you may not want to play that kind of
character. Finally, see all the new prayer help files to find
out what they do and I don't want to hear anyone passing judgement
on bsedness until we try them.
