This was fixed Monday and I've fixed Doom's money too. Now when
you reincarnate the money will remain tied to your account, it
will no longer empty out your bank and drop the coins on your
character - free to be stolen by a nice deputy at next login. :)
Thanks for reporting the bug. Just wanted to let everyone know
this was fixed so they don't hesitate to use the new system.

As always, send in more bugs if you find them.
