Dracula vampires in beast form were reduced, they're doing more
than in humanoid form which isn't my intention. You'll find
your weaponry's reduced some and your combat in beast form
as well.

Phobos vampires found their +10 combat reduced to +.
er, +5.

Rhyser vampires now have a bit more combat in beast form.

Don't be quick to judge. Rhyser beasts were not the best beasts
so I'm trying to tweak that a little bit.
