Vampire NPCs now list their family in their long description.
Just look at them to find out. Player vampires aren't this
stupid and keep this information carefully hidden so as to
better use their family's skills to surprise you.

Vampire NPCs actually HAVE families now! This is a first cut
so it's not very smart but Rhyser NPC vamps will go to beast
form (rest will not) and now that they have their clan set you'll
see things like the rhyser bloodthirst, phobos dread, etc from
NPC vamps.

Again, it's not a very smart AI implementation yet, but it's a
start.
