Drac vampires now can wear ANY type of armour except eyewear.
All vampires can no longer wear eyewear. Hard to mezmerize your
victims behind a pair of sunglasses. ;)

A drac should remove all armor in any form.

Please test this out and let me know if there are any abuses
or bugs.

Dracula vamps also receive a negative to stealth based on the
number of armor items they are wearing. Hard to be stealthy
stomping around in a full set of armor. Be sure to remove
your armor before war starts if you want to be stealthy!
