Sorry, this is a hard beast to try and balance. I've given
Phobos in shapeshifted form back the dread ability (auto on
hit). However, when shapeshifted the dread is only half as
effective as in humanoid (vampire) form.

I've also added a nice "(dread)" message to the HP line of
people that are dreaded, just to let them know what they're
up against.

I've bumped up Rhyser weapondamage in beast form.

I've also disabled the bit where in beast form all vampires were
intimidating.
Now only Rhyser beasts are auto intimidating, all other beast vampires
should be able to control it as they see fit. Remember that bats
are never intimidating.
