The previous changes to the Jack o' Lantern have been rescinded. Here are
the NEW rules for wearing the Jack o' Lantern:

ANYONE may wear the Jack o' Lantern, regardless of level or pk status
If you are wearing the Jack o' Lantern, ANYONE can attack you!
This means if you have god protection, you can still be attacked by
heroes!
This means if you are hardcore, you can be attacked by non-hardcore chars!
This means you can be attacked by people out of your pk range!

LET THE CARNAGE BEGIN!
