The Lantern (eyewear from Jack) has been changed so that characters under
level 10 do not get any benefits from it. They can have it in their
inventory, and they can wear it, but it does not make them aggressive and
does not give them any bonuses whatsoever. There was code in there to
make god protected characters aggressive and attackable by anyone, but it
doesn't work under the new pk rules. If I get a chance I'll work on
fixing it back so god protected characters can wear it but will be
attackable by anyone. Until then, the Lantern doesn't work for them.
