Thieves now have a new skill: preparation.
Read the help file for a nice description of what it does.

Thieves will receive this at level 15 automatically upon leveling
up. Any thief above level 15 will get it as soon as they
login. Enjoy!

Oh, also - I went ahead and made the gouge skill I made for
Thugs's yesterday require level 15. Same deal - thugs will
get it at level 15 upon login/leveling to level 15. If
a thug < level 15 happened to login, reselect, and get it
yesterday then they'll find upon login that it's removed
and their experience refunded.
