Title : thief stealth

This is a change to thief stealth. It only effects true thieves
and not all subclasses in the thief guild (subclass thief only).

You probably know that your exploration of the mud is tracked
by an exploration system. You can see that with 'explored'
and 'explored here' commands. This will show you the amount
you have explored in the current area.

Thieves now will receive a boost to their stealth based on
how much they have explored the area they are currently in.
This is because the thief is knowledgable of a zone and has
previously planned out where to hide, what shadows to crouch
in, and what alleyways to take advatnage of. If he's in a new
area, he doesn't have this experience yet.

The bonus to stealth can be seen in 'skills' when looking at
the 'max' column. There is a maximum bonus you can receive
and the bonus is based on your percentage explored. So having
explored 50/50 of the rooms in an area will give you the full
bonus to stealth. If you explore only 30/100, then, well, you
get a bonus of 30% of the possible max stealth
buff. What's this max? I'll let you figure it out - it's pretty good
I think but you be the judge.

A few caviots. Firstly, the exploration system takes a minute
to load once you login. Usually about 10 seconds. So if you
login, do 'skills' and look at your stealth max and then wait
10 seconds it will probably go up (assuming you log into a
zone you've explored before). There's really nothing we can do
about this - be happy you get anything! :)

Secondly, we do not track exploration during wars. But that also
means that in a MUD war you do not you previously explored data.
Sorry, I know this kinda sux but it's not tracked during wars (or
even loaded) for a reason. As a consolation prize, all thieves
receive a constant bonus to their stealth during wars (shutdown
and twars). This bonus is half of what they would get on the MUD
if they had completely explored an area.

I know it's not much, but it's something and makes sense thematically
to me.

Njoy.
